Exporting the Business Email Account List as a CSV File

Through the Fastpanda Business Email Control Panel, you can download a CSV file to your computer with a single click, containing the names of all email accounts created under your domain, along with their package type, status, quota, usage, and ActiveSync status information. You can follow the steps below to complete this process.

• First, access the Business Email management page. For detailed instructions, please refer to the article “How to Log In to the Business Email Management Panel?“.
• After logging in to the control panel, click the “Mailboxes” button in the right-hand menu.

• Click the “Export CSV” button at the top of the page. The .csv file containing details of the email accounts displayed in the control panel will be automatically downloaded to your computer. You can open the downloaded file to review your email account information.
