With the Contacts feature included in your FastPanda Business Email service, you can create, edit, organize, and categorize your contacts, as well as share contact folders with other users on the same domain. To access the Contacts page, you first need to log in to your webmail account. You can access your webmail account using the following address:
https://webmail.domain.extension (replace with your own domain name).
After logging in, open the “Contacts” section from the top menu.

Sections of the Contacts Page
Contact Lists
When you open the Contacts page, your contact lists are displayed on the left side of the screen. You can use the checkbox next to each list to control whether the contacts in that list are displayed. If you clear the checkbox, the list will be temporarily hidden. To display it again, simply select the checkbox.
Creating a New Contact List
If you want to use multiple contact lists, you can create a new one. To create a new contact list, click the “Folder” icon on the left side of the screen. Then, select “New Folder” from the menu to create a new list.
Editing or Deleting a Contact List
To edit or delete a contact list you have created, select the desired contact list from the left panel. Then, click the “Folder” icon and choose either “Edit or Delete” from the menu, depending on the action you want to perform. Note: The default contact lists cannot be deleted. However, you can use the Edit option to rename these folders.
Sharing a Contact List
Business Email allows you to share your contact lists with other users on the same domain. To share a contact list, select the list you want to share from the left panel. Then, click the “Folder” icon and choose “Share Folder” from the menu. Next, select the user you want to share the list with, configure the appropriate access permissions, and click Save. The contact list will then be shared with the selected user.
Changing the View
Your contacts are displayed in the center section of the screen. If you prefer, you can change the display by clicking the View icon in the upper-left corner and selecting either “Card View” or “Grid View”.
Selecting Multiple Contacts
To select multiple contacts at the same time, click the “Select” button.
The following options are available:
- Select All: Selects all contacts.
- Enable Select Mode: Enables multi-select mode, allowing you to select multiple contacts.
- Deselect All: Clears all current selections.
Sorting Contacts
To sort your contact list by different criteria, click the “Sort” icon. You can sort contacts by:
- Display Name
- Company
If you prefer, you can also enable “Reverse Order” to display the list in the opposite order.
Filtering Contacts by Category
To view contacts assigned to a specific category, click the “Filter” icon. Then, select the desired category from the list to display only the contacts in that category. To create new categories or manage existing ones, click Manage.
Note: If you did not assign categories when creating your contacts, the filtering feature may not return the expected results.
Actions
When you click the three-dot (⋮) icon above the contact list, the following options are available:
- New Contact Group: Creates a new contact group.
- Add To Outlook: Synchronizes your contact list with Microsoft Outlook.
- Send Email: Lets you send an email directly to the selected contacts.
- Send vCards: Sends the selected contacts as vCard (.vcf) attachments via email.
- Import: Imports contacts into the system.
- Export All to vCard: Exports the selected contacts in vCard (.vcf) format.
- Export All to CSV: Exports the selected contacts in CSV format.
- Delete: Deletes the selected contacts.
Searching Contacts
If you have a large number of contacts, you can use the Search field in the upper-right corner of the page to quickly find the contact you’re looking for. Enter the contact’s first name, last name, or email address, then press Enter or click the Search (magnifying glass) icon.
The system will display all contacts that match your search criteria.
