If your domain’s NS records are directed to FastPanda and you have purchased your hosting service from FastPanda as well, the mail records are automatically configured by the system. However, if the NS records are managed by a different provider while using FastPanda for email services, you may need to manually configure the mail records. MX Record<\/h2>\n

MX (Mail Exchanger) record is a type of DNS record that specifies the email servers for a domain name. MX records determine which server incoming emails will be directed to, facilitating the routing of incoming emails. The MX record should be as follows.<\/p>\n

A Record<\/h2>\n

For mail servers to function correctly, the A (Address) record is essential. The A record directs a domain name to a specific IP address. This domain name must have an A record for the IP address of the mail server to be resolved.   1. Two A records, one MX record, and one TXT (SPF) record are sufficient for the service to function properly. Optional records include DKIM and DMARC records. You can contact FastPanda’s support team for these records.<\/li>\n
  2. If incorrect MX or TXT records are entered, your emails may not reach the correct server or could be marked as spam. Therefore, ensure that the records are configured correctly.<\/li>\n
