- Users<\/strong>: You can share the calendar folder with one or more users. When you start typing a username, matching users will be listed. You can select the relevant user by clicking on them from the list. You can assign one of the following permission levels to users:\n

- None<\/strong>: The user does not have access to the calendar.<\/li>\n
- Read-Only<\/strong>: The user can view the calendar but cannot make any changes.<\/li>\n
- Manage<\/strong>: The user can view and make changes to the calendar.<\/li>\n
- Owner<\/strong>: The user has full access and control over the calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- User Groups<\/strong>: You can also share the calendar folder with a group. From the group options, you can select system-defined groups such as Everyone and Administrator, or groups you have created, and assign the appropriate permission level to the group. The following permission levels are available for groups:\n

- Read-Only<\/strong>: Group members can view the calendar but cannot make changes.<\/li>\n
- Manage<\/strong>: Group members can view and make changes to the calendar.<\/li>\n
- Owner<\/strong>: Group members have full access and control over the calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- After configuring the appropriate access permissions, click the “Save<\/strong>” button. The calendar folder will then be shared with the selected user or group.
