- Available<\/strong>: You are available to receive and reply to chat messages via the webmail interface. When a user is marked as Available, others will also see that the user is active and present in chat.<\/li>\n
- Away<\/strong>: You are logged into chat but are away from your computer and may not respond immediately.<\/li>\n
- Do Not Disturb:<\/strong> You are logged into chat but are busy. Therefore, you cannot engage in chat instantly and may not respond for an extended period.<\/li>\n
- Offline<\/strong>: When this setting is selected, you will still appear in the user list but in grey. No one will be able to make a video or voice call to you.
