Viewing Email History via the Customer Panel

You can easily view the entire email history of system emails sent to you by Fast Panda through your customer panel. Based on the permissions you have granted, you can follow the steps below to view emails that have been sent to you, such as service reminders, order details, and more.

• Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
• Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

• Click on the ‘Hello, Name’ text, then select the ‘Email History’ button from the dropdown list.

• On the page that opens, you will see a list of emails sent to you.

• You can click the ‘View Message’ button next to the email whose content you want to view.
