How to Set Up an Exchange Business Email on MacOS?

• Open the “Mail” app on your Mac device.
• Click on “Mail > Add Account”.
• In the window that appears, you will see services like Gmail and iCloud. Click on the “Microsoft Exchange” button.
• In the window that appears, you will be asked to enter information about the email account you want to set up.
  • Name: This is the name that recipients will see when you send an email. You can enter your own name, your department, or your company name.
  • Email Address: Enter the full email address you want to set up. It is important to include the complete domain after the username. Example: abc@yourdomain.com 
• Click the “Sign In” button.
• A warning screen will appear asking if you want to sign in to your email account. Click the “Sign In” button.
• Enter the password for the email account you want to set up, and click the “Sign In” button again.
• When you see the message “Choose the apps you want to use with this account,” select the applications you wish to use and click the “Done” button.
• If you have successfully completed the steps above, the Exchange setup on the macOS Mail app will be complete. You can now test sending and receiving emails.
