To access the email account you created in the Business Email Hosting package from your customer panel, you can follow the steps below.

  • Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
  • Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

  • Click on the “Email Hosting” option in the left menu.

  • On the opened page, you will see your existing Business Email Hosting packages. Click the “Manage Account” button for the service whose email user you want to access.

  • On the opened page, click the “Mail Accounts” button.

  • Click the “WebMail Login” button located at the top right corner of the page.

  • On the page that opens, you will see the mail login screen. Enter your full email address (including the domain).
  • Enter the password for your email account.
  • Click the “Login” button.

If you want to log in to your account without accessing the customer panel, you can go directly to the page by typing https://webmail.yourdomain.extension” (e.g., webmail.fastpanda.com) into your browser.

  • On the page that opens, you will see the mail login screen. Enter your full email address (including the domain).
  • Enter the password for your email account.
  • Click the “Login” button.

You can also set up and use your email in email applications on your device, such as Outlook, according to your preference.
