You can do the same thing on most Android phones, even though the way it looks might be a bit different. Just use the same details to set it up. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you&#8217;re setting up email for the first time, we recommend going through the checklist below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open your internet browser and navigate to the webmail page using either <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.domain.extension\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/webmail.domain.extension<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/domain.extension\/webmail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/domain.extension\/webmail<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, depending on your domain name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Log in with the email address and password you created.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you encounter issues accessing the webmail page or logging in and have our hosting package, please inform our Support Team about the problem. Once you&#8217;ve completed these checks, you can proceed with the Android email setup.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Now, let&#8217;s go through the steps for Android email setup:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the email application on your Android device and select the &#8220;Other&#8221; option on the screen that appears.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter your email address and password.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the window that opens, select the &#8220;IMAP account&#8221; option.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Server Settings section, enter your email address with the &#8220;@&#8221; sign in the email address and Username fields. Enter the incoming server name in the IMAP server line under the incoming server section. Choose &#8220;SSL&#8221; as the security type, and enter &#8220;993&#8221; in the port line.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your email address is part of our hosting package, the incoming server name is the standard email subdomain, like mail.yourwebsite.com.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For SmarterMail users, find the incoming server name on the email Configuration page on the product page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05. Enter the outgoing server name in the SMTP server line under the outgoing server section. Choose &#8220;SSL&#8221; as the security type, and enter &#8220;465&#8221; in the port line. If the outgoing server section requires a username and password, enter your email address and password.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For our hosting package users, the outgoing server name is the standard email subdomain, like mail.yourwebsite.com.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For SmarterMail users, find the outgoing server name on the email Configuration page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 Complete the installation by clicking the Login button.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you receive an &#8220;Account could not be verified&#8221; warning, double-check the email address and\/or password as they may be incorrect. Make sure the username and email address information in step 2 of the installation are accurate.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To verify your password, log in to your Webmail address via an internet browser. If you cannot log in, reset your password and set up the email again.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you receive a certificate warning, it indicates that the incoming\/outgoing server name may be incorrect or there is no SSL certificate.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click Cancel to review IMAP and SMTP server names and other settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the server names are correct, ensure the SSL certificate is active. If you have our hosting package, seek support from our Support Team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"android-email-sync-settings\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Android Email Sync Settings<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To configure synchronization settings, tap the three lines on the left.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Touch the gear sign.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Configure synchronization settings on the page that appears by tapping on the email address in the Accounts area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Android email synchronization settings may not always enable automatic synchronization. This could happen due to power settings and data transfer options on your mobile device, especially while roaming.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For optimal battery usage, mobile devices may adjust email synchronization based on the device&#8217;s status. Generally, successful email synchronization occurs when connected to Wi-Fi, with a good power level, and when the battery is charging.
